Territory Sales Manager - Riverina

Job Description
- Driving development of sales channels through the building and nurturing of long-term relationships with growers and dealer channels.
- Providing clients with industry-leading, Liquid Nutrient Solutions for the long-term success of their business.
- Being given the autonomy to be your own boss with the backup of a supportive team-based culture.
- Adopting a methodical, targeted, and proactive approach to developing business in your region and beyond including input into the strategic business plan.

SLTEC® believes in providing liquid fertiliser and biostimulant based nutritional solutions of the highest quality to our clients, that are delivered reliably and ensure our client’s crops achieve maximum potential. This includes developing highly customized fertilizer blends that meet the requirements of our client’s crops based on soil and tissue testing.

- Has a track record of success in regional sales and market development or be able to demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales and relationship building.
Regional Location & Focus
Central Riverina
- The incumbent will preferably be based in the Central Riverina region. Given the travel required in the role, the base location is negotiable.
- However, the incumbent will be responsible for the Central Riverina region.
